Apple Mac Mail Email Configuration

The mail client built into MacOS (Apple's desktop and notebook operating system) has seen many changes over the years as MacOS has evolved. Please refer to this link for instructions on finding the settings for your exact version: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/mail/cpmlprefacctadv/16.0/mac/
Please use the following settings while configuring your MacOS mail, if asked which type of account please select other:
Incoming Mail Server Settings (IMAP)
User Name: Your full email address: example@kaslo.org
Password: Your email address password
Host Name: imap.kin.bc.ca
Automatically manage connection settings: This should be disabled which will expose the following settings:
Port: 143
Use TLS/SSL: This should be enabled
Authentication: Password
Outgoing Mail Server Settings (SMTP)
User Name: Your full email address: example@kaslo.org
Password: Your email address password
Host Name: smtp.kin.bc.ca
Automatically manage connection settings: This should be disabled which will expose the following settings:
Port: 587
Use TLS/SSL: This should be enabled
Authentication: Password
