If you have visited the Kaslo infoNet Society website before in the past, you might notice that it may look a lot different now! On March 14, 2024 we launched our new website which you find yourself on now!

New Features

The new website is first and foremost a stylistic overhaul of the old website, bringing new modern designs and standards. The website also includes some new features:

• The home page will display alerts in situations where the Kaslo infoNet Society network is experiencing technical difficulties, or has a planned outage
• There is a new support section where we will be posting help articles and common debugging techniques if you are experiencing internet issues
  • Please be patient as we fill out our article list!
• New subscribers can now send a subscription request directly through the website! This feature can be found by clicking on the subscribe buttons on the home page, or via the Subscribe menu in the top right corner of the website

More Improvements Incoming

Over the next couple of months we will be continuing to improve the website by:

• Adding new support articles
• Providing news about our operations
• Adding features that allow existing subscribers to request changes to their service (seasonal pausing and resuming, cancelling, etc)
