CONSTITUTION

1. The name of the society is the Kaslo InfoNet Society.

2. The purposes of the society are:
a) To develop and maintain a community presence on the Internet for multiple purposes including, but not limited to, education, economic development, marketing.
b) To provide affordable, public access to the Internet in our area.

BYLAWS

The Bylaws of the Society are those set out in Schedule B of the Society Act.
